Excursion  to Tropical Coast & Nerja - Join a group

Almost every Thursday and Saturday during the whole year , this day-trip will let you meet this peculiar and exotic corner between the Mediterranean Sea and the snow covered mountains of Sierra Nevada. So close to the African Coasts and under Sierra Nevada mountains shelter, these unique geografic characteristics make this region to enjoy a microclimate with 320 sunny days in the year, an average temperature of 20 degrees centigrades and perfect conditions for water sports, excursions and relax.
Leaving Granada, we will cross the fertile plain of the Lecrin Valley, full of orchards. Then we wll descend to Salobreña, a small white village by the seaside hanging on a hill with an arab castle on the top. Almuñecar will be the next step, full of tourist atractions, like San Miguel Castle or the old downtown where we´ll have lunch. In the afternoon we´ll visit the Caves of Nerja, impressive caverns of stalactites where they´ve found archeological vestiges from the troglodytes.
