How to plan my group visit to the Alhambra? Tips and advice:
Is it mandatory to bring my physical ID card or passport during the visit?
Yes, it is strictly mandatory. Due to the regulations of the Board of Trustees, you must carry your original identification (ID card or passport) throughout your visit. If the information on the document does not match the name on your ticket, security personnel will deny you access to the monument.
What does the daily Alhambra tour include?
The tour includes entrance tickets to the Alhambra and the Generalife, as well as an audio system so you can hear your guide perfectly without having to be constantly by their side, and the accompaniment of an Official Tourist Guide of Granada throughout the tour.
Which exact monuments are visited on this tour?
The itinerary covers the Nasrid Palaces (such as the Palace of the Lions and the Palace of the Myrtles), the Palace of Charles V, the Medina, the Alcazaba, and normally ends in the Gardens and the Generalife Palace.

Yes, this is an all-inclusive walking tour, so you will stroll through the gardens, courtyards, and the fortress. Comfortable footwear is recommended. The approximate distance is 4 kilometers
How many people are in each group?
The groups have a maximum size of 30 people, although our groups usually do not reach that number to make the visit more comfortable.
What happens if there aren't enough people to form a single-language group?
If there is no possibility of forming a single-language group, occasionally the tour may be conducted in two languages simultaneously. In this case, the visitor has more time to rest or take photos while their guide explains in the other language.
Who are the guides that conduct the tours?
The tours are led by Official Guides of Granada, members of AGIP (Local Association of Official Guides of Granada). Guides who have experience and the best reviews and ratings from our customers.
Is transportation in Granada included?
The general base offer does not include transportation. The tour starts directly at the monument, and we recommend that you do not use your car to drive up to the Alhambra. Public transport, bus, or taxi from the city center is more comfortable and cheaper.
I am not staying in Granada, can I join the tour from another city?
Yes, if you are not staying in Granada, the company offers the possibility of picking you up in other cities such as Malaga, the Costa del Sol, and Seville. You can also travel on your own and join our tour with the rest of the group.
Do you offer tours for school groups?

During the group tour, will I have time to take photos?
Yes, on our tours you always have the opportunity to take photos, and if you wish, our guides can tell you the best places to take your picture.
Can I stay at the monument after the tour?
Sure, no problem. When we finish the tour, we let customers know that they can stay in the gardens area or the Palace of Charles V area. You can even leave and re-enter. You cannot re-enter the palaces or the Alcazaba due to their time regulations.
Can I do the tour with my child in a stroller?
Yes, children are always welcome, but for the visit to the palaces, you will have to leave the stroller in the left-luggage office and retrieve it at the end. For this reason, we recommend that you carry your child in a baby carrier backpack on that day.
Do I have to buy the tickets in advance on my own?
No. The official tickets to the monument are already integrated into the reservation of our regular tour and included in the price.
Is this service private or in a group?
This is a regular tour structured under the "Join a group" modality, which allows you to join an already organized group. If you wish, you can also take a tour with a private and exclusive guide just for you. You can find more information here.

The price of the regular tour includes the entrance ticket, the audio system, and your official guide. If you visit on your own, you have to buy your own ticket, and you will likely miss some areas due to the complexity of the route.
